When I set up service, I detailed the 15-or-so items to be moved, and how big and heavy they were. The morning of the noon appointment, I was called to see if we could be ready early - we could not, and I was assured ok, no problem. The 1st team to show had too small of a truck, and some of what they wrapped had to be redone by 2nd team, who showed up nearly 3 hours later! The 2nd team was surprised at the size and weight of the items - why? It was clearly detailed from the initial phone call. This 2nd team was professional and capable and loaded the truck in good time, and they wisely had a 3rd team member meet at the move-in house, and finished the job well. I was not charged for the 1st team or for the unnecessary overtime. This review would be excellent if the 2nd team and big truck had arrived on time.

We have never used a moving company before and I was super impressed with how the entire process went. We will definitely be using Two Men and a Truck again! Thank you, Karyn

The crew was up front on time and easy to work with. However, they did not bring the equipmet needed fro the piano move so ended up waiting around until the experienced mover got here.

Great value, great response time for estimate, everyone was on time and did exactly what was agreed on and more.

Aaron and Nolan were great. They were courteous, very efficient and professional. They were ready to go to work upon arrival and got the move completed in a timely fashion. They were moving things into a nursing home and caused no disruption of the residents routine. They were outstanding. Id recommend them in a heartbeat and will definitely use the company again should the need arise.

They really did care, and that was nice. It was a heavy couch upstairs, and I'm impressed they got it done with just two guys. Especially without damaging anything. Really nice guys. It only took them 45 min, but I still had to pay for two hours, and I didn't need the truck. It would be nice to have a price break at one hour, or for not needing truck transport. It'd make me more likely to hire them more often.

The movers were courteous, kept me well informed, careful with my stuff, and safety-conscious, looking out for hazards and each other. Great team work. Great service; a pleasure.
