Office professional, courteous, answered questions patiently and clearly.
Moving team very friendly, courteous, respectful. Worked quickly. Appreciated call when they were enroute.
Area for improvement: Moving team needs to slow down a little bit to be more careful not to damage furniture, walls, etc. No major complaints in that dept., just something to keep in mind. Still very satisfied!

The office staff and my moving team were all so great! It was a quick and efficient process the day of the move. Everyone was on the same page, and I appreciated that everyone was great at masking the whole time like I had requested. Everyone was so easy to work with, and I appreciate all of their hard work.

Everyone was great. We’ve moved over 20 times over the course of years and this was the best yet. Ryan at the office was great as was the moving team. I really appreciated the way they handle every request with a positive attitude and smile even when I knew it wasn’t always easy.
