They arrived with no boxes of any kind. I specifically requested boxes for personal items and wardrobe boxes. The movers had none of any of them. I was traveling in from Canada on Christmas and had to move all my son's clothes myself. He was in a third floor apartment and I had a rental car. This put me in quite a bind as we had a deadline to get him out of his apartment. This put me moving all day December 26th and unable to enjoy my family after traveling all night. The service we got was acceptable but having no boxes was NOT!

The team of 4 was on time and made a plan for packing. They handled my furniture careful and packed great. They kept me posted on everything and asked me when in doubt. I would use them again.

overall I am happy. I did not see padding used on furniture as I believed it would be. I did not see padding used in the moving truck like I believed it would be. I felt like I received a good understanding of andquot;howandquot; things would be packed and placed on the trucks and I think the team fell short of that. I also saw some differences among team members on how things were packed into boxes (breakable things). in the end if it all gets from A to B in good condition I really don't care about these issues or differences but if not I will always know that these differences might have been the issue. I think some training with the new team members plus oversee some of their work would be a more reliable way to get the consistent product customers are looking for. inspect what you expect.
