I wish the moving crew used floor runners, like other movers, to protect the floors and prevent tracking in more dirt/debris. I appreciated the hast which they worked with. Some speed may have led to scraps and nicks on wall paint, door jams, and ceiling. Moving boxes were drug along the floor - causing scratching on the floor. Overall, good. Would like more attention to protecting floor/walls.

Although a crew of 3 was sent, only 2 seemed interested in working. The 3rd was new and spent a lot of time on the phone, laid down on the floor while the other 2 worked, and had to be told what to do. The crew leader was embarrassed by the crew's performance, & amount of items that did not fit on the truck. I also had some damage that hasn't been resolved. I don't think I'd recommend your service

Rebecca in the Ridgeland office was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant! The movers were very pleasant, eager to please, and very hardworking. I have used this company three times and will use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have always love y’all and recommend to everyone. We did have a couple of things broken, but some was my fault with my packing. The thing that broke that was packed by y’all is being taken care of, and I feel that it is being handled well and professionally. Thanks, guys…and gals!
