We had two items that were damaged during the move, a TV and a console table. The movers explained that a damage report would be filed as they were responsible for any damages exceeding $250. However, after over $1000 in personal property was damaged the office is now giving me the run around on actually standing behind their promise to take care of the damages.

Everything was awesome from start to finish! The quote process was easy, and they send a rep to visually check what you need to bring. The guys loading carefully wrap and prep everything for the truck and are careful not to damage a thing. Highly recommend for short or long haul moves
