Good service but costly. My home was foreclosed on and I am now homeless. Two men and a truck would not discount my 2 bills. I even ask two different agents. No help.

Good Afternoon, David. We understand your frustration, we always give the estimate total before anyone books their move with us. As you know, we charge by the hour, and that’s for a variety of reasons. We’re happy to provide pads and stretch wrapping for your furniture, trained, professional movers in uniform, and a 26 ft. moving truck with all necessary moving equipment, which is all included in our hourly price.

Our moving team was wonderful. They were hard working, nice and overall just fun to be around. We had a great time with them! They were a great team that appeared to work well together and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We could not have been happier.

The pricing structure was not fully explained. Time spent includes their travel time to the pick up site, & any wait time. Wait time was longer in my case because of miscommunication - they called from an unknown number & did not leave a message. Would up feeling overcharged in terms of hourly rate. Movers themselves were fast & professional. Would use them again, but would address billing issues.
