The overall moving experience was painless and swift, however, I was not happy with being charge the full rate of $120/hr for travel time. Although it may be written in the contract this should be verbally communicated to the customer. I also feel that this should be a reduced rate. Overall cost was higher than what had expected for the amount of items I had. Will not be recommending you nor use you again!

In looking through our records it appears you have been in touch with our office, and we emailed you the pre-move letter and moving services agreement that states exactly how we charge before your move took place. Also, in looking at your records, the job went one hour under what was estimated originally. If you have any further questions please call 228-284-1736.</div>
