I expressed there was no need to have 3 men on the truck. I was informed that 2 men ont the truck couldn't perform the services based on weather, namely summertime heat as my move was in September. However the weather during the scheduled week of our move, the temps were cooler due to rain. So I was charged more than necessary because of a 3rd man being on the truck. Change ad to 3 Men& A Truck!

Scott, we are sorry to hear that you received 3 movers rather that 2 movers. We do try and send out the proper number, so jobs can be completed in a timely manner. Our guys work for us 6 days a week, so we try our best to make sure they are ready for each day! Thanks again for choosing us for your moving needs!

With the exception of the office calling and changing our move time to an earlier time the night before, the move was great. However, our efforts to accommodate the earlier time was stressful and challenging, and then frustrating when the move actually took place later, at the original time!
