From the first phone call to them, they stayed in touch with me and gave me a quote over the phone. I actually paid a little less because they did not take as long as expected. I had a small issue that came up during the move and they quickly took care of it. I was pleased with their promptness and follow up.

What a team! This company has grown-up and come a long way. From the courteous young men all dressed in company shirts to the organization of each persons individual skills, it surprised us...Even the trucks looked good. I've never had such an easy move...and I know having relocated over 20 times in my life.

Very nonprofessional! Loaded furniture opposite of how it needed to come off which cost me money because they had to unload to get to items and reload. Crammed stuff in a storage unit and I had to get a couple men to open it….. they asked about a dozen times how it needed to be loaded which I didn’t mind but they still loaded wrong

Ms. Charlotte, we called you and sent you an email the day after your move was completed to check in and see how everything went on yout move, and we never heard back from you. Had we known all of this we would have tried to handle or rectify the situation as best as possible.
