Moved out of state and from the moment I made contact, they kept me informed. Made trips to the house to ensure we had the right size truck(s). The movers were great. They came in, surveyed everything and my household items were headed out the door. They communicated with us all day. LOVE LOVE LOVE Kurt, Brian, and James!!!!! Caitlin (office) stayed in contact before, during, and after the move. It made me feel comfortable about the move, just like family!

Office staff did not pay attention to Trip Ticket about size of Truck needed to complete the job. Poor logistics planning from Office. Something is wrong somewhere. My movers were very professional and helpful.

Eric and Jacob were very personal, polite, and professional. They took appropriate care of the things they were moving as well as the space they were moving them into. They did the work at a good pace and were always working. The office person that I spoke to, Rebecca, was polite and very customer oriented. She explained all of the services, asked the appropriate questions about what was being moved, and made sure there was a mutual understanding of everything on both sides.

Everyone was polite, courteous, and was here when they said they would be. There was only one item with any damage to it but it was minor and it has already been repaired. When the two men was here and I requested anything special, they did it and seemed to do it gladly. I would gladly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing to move.

Loved the guys, great attitude, hard working. Wish the truck would have been bigger. Had to use cargo trailer to get what couldn't fit on truck. Gave a list of items and told 26 ft was big enough but it wasnt.

When you pay to rely upon a service you expect to be able to do so. As I walked through my home and explained, this is the bonus room and this antique baby bed is the only must have I want out of here, all else can stay, we own this house, I assume that is a clear instruction. All main house needs to go, is also clear. I arrived at new home to find my entire kitchen left behind, bed moved, end tables left, fourteen tubs moved from bonus and NO BABY BED I was speechless. Two men and one helper and a 24 ft. truck moved me to the Coast, including everything in my bonus room. Because of time constraints, I was leaving these things behind. Nothing I boxed was loaded! My instructions were disregarded almost 100%. I must make a return trip for these goods now as I look at tubs I did not need!
