I've had numerous conversations with the office staff and they have been very helpful and responsive. I also spoke to them during my move and they were extremely helpful as well as contacting the driver with the issues presented. James was very professional and I have no complaint with the move service. Owen was extremely unprofessional. He was on the phone the entire unload and cursed twice in front of my daughter while he was unloading. He was arguing with someone on the phone to the extreme of raising his voice. I used your services because I had an exceptional experience with the original move in November 2016. I am very disappointed with the service this time and I am also disappointed with the owner's unwillingness to waive my full unloading fee based on the facts above.

I cannot express my gratitude to the movers for the hard work they did during my move. They were courtenous for my belongings as well as my needs with tight spaces.

I couldnt be happier with my moving experience. The three men were very efficient, and their attitude and approach to their task was wonderful. They worked well as a team. There was no damage to my things. The move took two days but they made it seem less burdensome. they are a credit to three men and a truck. Thanks to Lacarius, Parrish and Blake. Alicia was very easy to work with. No complaints from me! The whole experience made a difficult task seem almost pleasant! Thanks to all. Diane

They were very polite and friendly. I did not know they would not be bringing any type of packing materials at all. I was constantly asked what was going. They did not move my master bathroom or my two hall clossets. I ended up having to fill my car 3 times to get it all moved. Before any work was done one of the movers mentioned a tip, a little odd.

Canandacirc;??t say enough good about Trevor, Pedrick, and Brian. They were conscientious about our belongings and took great care in the packing and loading. We were worried about the extra costs of needing an additional truck, but they engineered the packing so expertly, it wasnandacirc;??t needed. They saved us several thousand dollars. Big plus, they communicated with us. They were quick to call and keep in touch which kept our anxiety in check. Boxes were well labeled which made finding things so much easier. If it were possible, the next time I move, I would want these three men again. Please give them my thanks.

The young men were very careful with our property and very nice guys. If we need help again we would hire them.

Our movers had to unload to a 3rd floor apartment. Their work day with our move lasted a total of 7 hours, including 3 hours of travel time. Never did they complain or slow their pace. They were on time, personable, professional and efficient. I would recommend this group to my friends and family without hesitation.
