I just needed help unloading items and had used your company before in another city. The young lady in the office was great about following up and contacting me. She was also very helpful when I had to reschedule. The guys who came to unload were very friendly and efficient. I will call again when I have to complete the move of all our items.

Trevor and Paul, the movers on our job, were excellent, both during the pick up stage and delivery to our new apartment. The guys took special care to pack and secure some old fragile pieces of furniture - which arrived without issue or damage. Throughout the moving process their attitude was friendly but focused on getting the job done in a rapid but careful manner. Overall a very, very excellent job.

You sent a truck that was too small and a crew that did not know how to properly pack a truck. Because of their ineptitude another crew had to be brought in and multiple trips to my storage unit were required. I told your staff my storage unit was a 10x30 yet you only sent a 28 foot truck!

I personally completed your estimate and you assured me it was 90% boxes and barely any furniture and agreed one truck would be fine to get everything. The Movers we had were very helpful, worked together and made a stressfull day bearable as we were on a tight schedule they called for a 2nd truck after realizing it was needed and never got overwhelmed.

My husband and I had a great experience with the three men who came to move us. They were very pleasant and friendly. We had more to move than what was expected, but the guys never complained. They were fast and very careful with our belongings. Thank you very much! They need a raise for how hard they work. FYI... Please have water available for these hardworking guys. It gets hot and they deserve it.
