I understand that the representative was “fitting me in” when I called her last minute. I appreciate her for that as my place had recently burned down and I need to move by a certain day. However, they put me at the end of the schedule. I explained to Emma that I had no electricity due to the fire and by the time they arrived it was so dark. I wouldn’t use this company again.

Mariana, I just wanted to write you an apologize if there was any miscommunication on my end. I know for sure if you would have told me there was no power to the apartment, I would have made sure to not book you in the evening. You and your mom were both on the phone, and neither of you communicated there was no power to the apartment. This is a huge safety issue with our guys and we cannot complete moves without any power. We came in and completed what we could, which could have been a bigger issue had someone gotten hurt. We were only trying to help you guys out, when you called us last minute to complete a move for you. Again, sorry for the inconvenience, but we did everything we could to try and help you guys out last minute.

As a first time mover, y'all made the entire experience seamless. The price was super reasonable, all of my questions were answered with ease, and the moving team were absolute rockstars, setting up all my gear perfectly, and even handled massive, unique items with care. Rebecca McIntosh was very friendly, gave an honest quote, and explained the quote and how the moving process would go. Trevor and Wes were prompt on their arrival. They were fast and efficient. They treated my belongings with respect and displayed a high level of attention to detail. Over all the whole move team was very professional. Two thumbs up and five stars. I highly recommend!

Brent and Marco cared about my furniture and me. They followed my instructions and answered my questions. They always kept me informed and gave suggestions. Loading and unloading was efficient. These young men knew what they were doing. They often let me know where they were during the trip and updated their arrival time. A first class operation !
