The overall experience was good. Justin and Joshua were absolutely great movers. They were punctual, handled our items with care, and dealt with obstacles of the weather and tight Chicago streets like champs. The only issue was the office staff not getting a permit for the moving truck. This made it difficult for our movers to unload. Customers shouldn’t have to secure permits for the business.

We have used your company before and we are 100% happy with all aspects of our move

My desk was broken during the move. I get it accidents happen. Though I was told I could get it comped or fixed. I could choose.
I called them. They said I don’t have a choice. It is to be fixed. That it would take a few weeks. I have 3 jobs. I use 4 monitors. I NEED my desk. I can’t go weeks without it. I’d be happy if they just gave me the money they would have paid to fix it and I eat the loss.

They were great did anything i asked and were quick polite

The men who moved us were awesome. They were very very courteous, friendly, respectful, and super nice. They were the best!!!!!

Triston & Jeff and Triston & Dave were the two teams that worked for me for my move. All the men were cordial, friendly and helpful. They worked tirelessly to move all my items. They were efficient and professional. All my items were carefully taken care of. I could not be more pleased with the job they did.

The moving team I had was professional, efficient and courteous. If a move is needed again I would love to have the same team.

Movers were very professional and friendly. Scott noticed a shelf in our house that needed fixing - not even related to the move - and he fixed it! Both movers went above and beyond expectations.
Jared, who took our reservation, was also excellent to deal with.
