Overall great experience! There were some some issues that needed to be resolved with the donation center that we were moving a sofa to. During that time, the movers were patient, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

I had Hugo, Brandon, and Deontay to help me move. I was impressed with all three of them. They were quick, efficient, careful with the furniture and items moved, had wonderful attitudes and should get raises for the quality of employees that they all are. If I moved again and they were with the company still, I would request they conduct my move again.

great and professional. Very strong movers! One of the newer moving guys moved my neighbors bird houses for the truck and failed to return them to their position on the branch. This upset my neighbor. Ethan was very helpful organizing the move for a good rate, however, I did have to call to obtain the quote price that he promised, which was a small correction. He did this promptly! thank you guys!

Although I did not mention that there was a bunk bed it would have been helpful if the operator had asked when I scheduled the moving day. I was unaware that there were liability issues with dismantling a bunk bed and could have had it done before the men arrived. The movers were very focused and worked hard. They asked questions and made it easier for me to understand the process.
