The movers that came were courteous, friendly and very quick! The office staff double checked everything. Definitely the easiest part of buying a new house was the movers

I had just moved using friends help and vehicles only to have the new place fall through
Brennan handled everything perfectly. I was exhausted and had to move yet again Brennan and his team performed above and beyond and helped as much as they could. And they came in only 15 minutes over the total time quoted. Thanks again for saving me from what I know would have been the worst move of my life without your help.

We needed to move 2 end tables, a recliner, and a curio cabinet out of an Assisted Living location to my home because my mother passed away. It took the movers 15 minutes to move the items from the 3rd floor of the Assisted Living location to their truck. It took me 20 minutes to drive to my home. It took them 45 minutes to drive to my home. Why? I do not know. They claimed traffic. I was in the same "traffic" but it only took me 20 minutes. Then, it took them an additional 10 minutes to move the items into my home. My bill was ridiculously high because they spent the extra time "driving", chit chatting, and playing with my puppy. It is a shame that I feel I was taken advantage of since my mother passed away.

This was one of my best moving experiences and I have moved many many times. The process online was excellent. The interaction with the office was good, the only reason I didn’t mark excellent is that it requires phone calls to confirm and my work doesn’t allow time like that. The movers themselves were totally professional and completely excellent. They were safe and careful with our belongings, they did exactly what we asked and actually went above and beyond expectations. I was so impressed! Very grateful for them making this a good move. It was a childhood dream of mine to buy my mom a house and Two Men moved her into that house! Thank you

Moving crew of Huso, Brandon, Jeremy and Travis was great and placed or replaced furniture and boxes as requested. They worked at s good pace.

I asked the representative on the phone if they would have a cover for my mattress she told me they would however when I came back down to the apt my mattress was on the nasty floor in the hallway

Didn't wrap & pad well
Didn't keep items wrapped & padded while actually moving them-More items scratched d/t this.
After not wrapping something well & it cracked when moving not told-found-told cant guarantee 'particle board'-insulting for one-I have moved the item twice without damaging it
found items they obviously damaged-walls & bent curtain rods after the fact rather than owning it
Claimed couldn't take apart bed frame to bring up into apartment because 'once a persons bed collapse after doing it & she broke her neck so that cant do that any more'
took breaks without informing me so I was charged for them-at least once could only find one guy
informed I needed 3 movers, moved WAY less items & shorter distance & paid same amount as when moved in May

Chris and Anthony of Two Men and a Truck were courteous, professional, helpful, and very efficient with the service we needed and they provided. They did a fantastic job in moving items and furniture in our home to other areas as we experienced a project with the installation of hardwood flooring. My husband and I requested for them to do the return job of moving all back and they demonstrated the same professionalism when they returned. The office contacts ( Nicki and Nicole) were also so effective in providing information, answering questions, and contacting us. Our appreciation to these employees of Two Men and a Truck. They deserve recognition for a job well done!
