The move went well, Cody our lead was great! We had one little mishap where they nicked the wall, but Cody immediately showed me, apologized and explained the remedies available. All good. But after a day of moving and putting things away we went to make our bed at about 9:30pm only to find that our mattress cover/pad had been ripped when they removed it. No one mentioned it when it happened or we would have just picked up a new one that day, they are only $40. But no one told us, therefore after a long day we had to go to the store before we could go to bed. Then the next day i received a call about the service (Patrick i think) and i explained what happened. He said that he would talk to the guys to see what happened and get back to me that day. Didn't happen.

They were very professional, arrived when expected, and took great care to protect my items.

Several things were broken. However the company reimbursed me appropriately

I had an OK experience. The time estimated for the move was way off. It took less time, which was good. The movers were efficient. We did have one item that was broken and a piece of furniture with metal on it was laid up against our freshly painted walls. It left a scuff mark.

In today's economy, many people are in jobs they don't really like and their service reflects that. The guys from your company actually LOVE their jobs, and when you love your job you do your best. It was very refreshing to me. That attitude was reflected by the men who moved me. They did an outstanding job!

In all, the move was acceptable. However, one of the workers was poor with his communication and how he transported some of my items. One of the drivers broke a picture but was able to get it fixed.

The movers took ALL day to move a few pieces of furniture & some boxes. They broke a mirror, a glass table top & scraped & scratched two end tables.

Very poor experience overall. Items were separated when moving such as desk chair left behind at the home, legs to dining room set left behind in home. Top of lamp left behind in home. Moved items in my closet and never retrieved and packed items.
Folded blankets after each removal vs setting aside to fold later. Very very slow. Very disappointed. Will not refer. Estimated time 3-5 hrs with 3 men based upon information provided. Ended up taking 7.25 hrs.

Justin and Conner couldn’t get the couch up the stairs. After fifteen minutes of trying different ways on my dime. I told them to leave it. It was clear they couldn’t figure it out. Conner said their was a guy at the company who could do it. After we left, my son And daughter in law brought it up the stairs. Two bumps in-the wall from Justin and Conner trying to wedge it. Justin said Two Men would fix them. Called Julia on Saturday and left a message. And twice on Monday. No returned call. Want couch delivered and holes repaired. Would someone please call me back. Thank you. I have used two men before and has excellent experiences. I don’t understand the lack of response now.

Office and moving team were great. However, there was some minor damage to a drywall (hole) and the repair person has stood me up twice. I hope he shows up tomorrow. In the age of cell phones there is no excuse for not cancelling a previous appointment.
