I really had a positive experience with the office and moving aspect of Two Men and a Truck.

I don't mind but the movers should be reminded not to leave their Gatorade/Soda bottles behind. I found two at the new house and one at the old house.

Finally, I know I signed a waiver but I am also extremely disappointed that the movers repeatedly scraped up my brand new driveway with the truck backing it in.

I'm having to cove a large piece of furniture across the house today by myself because the crews feet were too muddy to go any further. Plus I need to clean up the mud. I asked the Chief several times if he wanted to use the stairs in the house or go around to the walk out for the piece going to the basement. He did not respond or even do a pre-scope out (did not even go to bsmt) but instead said he was using stairs until had started up the driveway with piece and changed his mind and went around in the yard. Also charged me for 15 extra minutes when move time was only one our.
I had a coupon for $50 off over $250 for College Hunks, guess I should have used them. Office lady called day after, but cut me off twice when I tried to explain. FAILURE ALL AROUND

Our only negative on the move was that when we called to set the appointment we ask for Saturday move and were told that the earliest we could schedule was for the following Monday. We said that was fine but that we would call on Sunday to confirm if that was do-able with our family member. Low and behold we were at breakfast Saturday morning and received a call that the truck was going to be at our house in about 15 minutes...What! We were told the soonest was Monday... my husband rushed home to make the move happen on Saturday. It all worked out in the end...was just taken off guard by the Saturday move. My husband said that the guys were extremely nice and good at their job.

You have been to my home twice and have still not completed the move. Your movers were professional, but he estimator vastly underestimated the number of movers that were required even though you have moved me before, and packed me this time. Now I am having to delay putting the place on the market because the carpet needs to be replaced, but there is still furniture on the floors...

The moving guys were very accommodating and was concerned with me having them sit in their truck for two hrs while we waited on the funding. By the time we got in the house they were quick to unload.
