The phone dealings were clear and efficient. The movers were careful with my furniture and very polite. But when it came to paying, the young man was not prepared to figure out how to include my 5% discount for being a repeat customer. It seems to me that it would be helpful to have communication between office staff and movers prior to the move.

The guys who moved my things were terrific and very friendly. I really enjoyed the time we spent together.

I was surprised that the moving team did not arrive ready to help pack up the remaining items. The office team should have ensured I understood that packing and moving were different services. I am also concerned that beginning the day after the move, that I began to receive notifications that someone was trying to open credit accounts in my name. So far they have tried to open 7 credit cards or lines of credit. Fortunately most of those were rejected and I contacted the other businesses to report the activity as fraud. It may have been coincidental, but then again, perhaps not.

From my first call the office through the estimate to the movers, I was very impressed. I received real value for my money!

Six months prior to this move we had the worse experience using movers hired through U-Haul. We were very nervous about trying a different company. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that 2 Men and a truck were AWESOME! I can't say enough positive about Kole and Matt. They took care of our property and possessions. They were extremely respectful of our concerns. They totally took the stress out of moving day. Not a scratch on anything. They took care to protect our floors and doorways. They arrived on time. They wasted no time. They explained everything before they started. Do not hesitate to hire these guys. Thanks again for a stress free day!

My father was a little dissatisfied due to the damage to the walls.

Everyone did a good job. My reservations are focused on the breaking of a table. But with this in mind, they all worked hard.
