The move started off badly, but ended up being wonderful.

First the bad part. We were scheduled for the morning on Wednesday, May 9. At 9:00 no movers had arrived so I called to check, and learned we were mistakenly scheduled for Thursday, May 10th.

Astonishingly, they could not locate the Pre-Move Confirmation Letter they sent to me the previous Saturday in which a May 9 move was scheduled. Worse yet, they could not locate their email message from Monday (just 2 days prior) again confirming a move on May 9th.

I can overlook and forgive unintentional blunders, but I'm disappointed that no supervisor or manager ever called to apologize for the worker's error.

The movers were very friendly and hard working. They took very good care of our belongings. The office staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The team moving me were very courteous, protected the furniture well and were hard workers. We had a steep driveway and the team overcame and moved all furniture without problems. Highly complimentary of the workers! I got my money's worth and would use again!

The guys did an excellent job. They took extra care to wrap our artwork and furniture. In addition to moving, we had them move furniture from new place into a dumpster. Hard workers!

Brennan and Ed were extremely professional and went out of their way to move very large, heavy items up a narrow stairway with a difficult turn. I highly recommend this moving company.
