the movers were amazing. very kind and respectful of my possessions. could not be happier!

This is the second time I've used 2M&aT, the first experience being so good I recommended it to friends and coworkers (resulting in 2 people using the service). After this weekend I can't say I'll continue the recommendation.

The service was just... fine. The movers did what they were supposed to, but broke one of my bookcases (which due to the piece that broke is not covered for breakages). It seemed like the move was slow, 90% of my stuff was in boxes next to the door and I'm on the 1st floor, but it still took more than a couple hours. At the new location things were moved in correctly, though there were 3-4 boxes marked as kitchen or bathroom that never made it there.

Overall I'm not angry at the service, but I can't say that I was impressed.

First of all, the 2 men who came to the door ( CHARLES AND BRENNEN) were clean, neatly dressed and cheerful and polite. That means more than anything. Ours was a simple move from our basement to the first floor but the pieces were heavy and awkward and these 2 men handled it very professionally. Thank you for your service...I will recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to friends

My team was fantastic. Extremely courteous and very friendly. They were most professional with the move. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

When I called , I was greeted and given complete information including cost and availability. Everything was well organized. I booked the move and was called two days before the move and even follow-up call after the move. This company is very concerned about service. I also consider the price to be reasonable and fair. Thank you.

Your company broke a window, scratched my living room floor, and the steps in my apartment entrance. Now no one will follow up on my complaint or communicate how your company will had the problem. Although the moving men were nice enough, the front office is HORRID. Very poor customer service post move; I will be telling everyone I know to avoid your company at all costs. Work on your company follow through and communication.

Very efficient, polite and helpful! Would definitely use again in the future

The movers were excellent. They covered all the floors, covered and wrapped all furniture and worked very hard and efficiently. They continually were moving and loading/unloading our goods. They were all very friendly and courteous. One suggestion: change the type of black work shoes that they wear--black scuff marks were left on many places on the vinyl tiled flooring and the wood floors. We had to scrub them off after they left. Overall a very positive experience. Would use TMAAT again if the need arises and will recommend TMAAT to our real estate agent and friends.

I would just like to say that your three movers were real troopers as a huge thunderstorm rolled in during the last hour of the move. Despite the rain and thunder, the boys kept truckin' along. I think they are fabulous gentlemen that deserve a raise because they handled the situation with grace, although the work was super difficult. I'm certain that they are 5 star employees. Moving things while your sopping wet couldn't of been more of a chore, but they were so dedicated to getting the job done and had excellent attitudes the entire time, I think they need to be commended for the efforts!

These guys worked their butts off! Very professional and very respectful and moved everything we needed and didn’t hesitate or give any problems doing so. They went above and beyond!
