The agent I spoke with was very helpful. She was always available to answer any questions and we did not have any problem booking the date we wanted to have our household moved. The movers worked quickly and efficiently to prepare our furniture for moving. They took care to make sure the items were safe for moving and did so without any problem. The driver and his crew were on time, pleasant and worked through the rain to get the job done efficiently and safely. They always asked exactly where we wanted the furniture to be placed. We have no problem with hiring the company again. We were well pleased with the move and will recommend the company in the future.

Tony and crew took excellent care of everything they moved. Despite the rain, not one piece of furniture got wet. This was a temporary move, so we will be using 2 Men again for our final move. Highly recommend them!

Day of service was a nightmare. The crew damaged a few walls, a few doors/door frames, scratched my floor, shattered the control panel on my washing machine, and broke some personal items. The management team started out by really trying to satisfy the problem, being very responsive, and overall making everything right. The more time progressed the longer it took to get contractors in to repair the damage and at the end of the service the last remaining item was pushed out 10/12 weeks with some final items discovered being rejected for repair. Had the company followed through with the repairs, and continued the process of making it all right in a timely fashion I would have been willing to leave a positive review and hire them again but they didn't, so now I will have to fix things myself.

Two Men & a Truck were easy to work with and very responsive when it came to responding to my request and scheduling my office move. The moving team was efficient and polite. They did an excellent job, thank you!

The men that moved our furniture were great. They took excellent care of our furniture and treated like it was there own. They were efficient and all three worked very hard.

Moving from St. Louis to Chicago? Two Men and a Truck were fairly priced and, more importantly, logistically superior to all the other interstate movers - period. I saw them move neighbors, then I checked their Missouri and Federal licenses. I got quotes from three movers. Two Men ticked all of the boxes and I would recommend them for anyone who is doing a move from St. Louis to Chicago. If you plan far enough ahead with the office team, you will not have to put up with going without your things for two weeks and sharing trucks like with other companies. The moving team in both St. Louis and Chicago were prompt, courteous, and didn't damage a single thing. Bottom line - it was just straight forward and professional from the start. I did not feel uneasy like with the other companies.
