Your office was to call me 30 min prior to my meeting your movers. They didn’t. They did send a text. My phone doesn’t ring on a text. If you say your going to call then meet the expectation and call and talk with someone

The first time your guys came they were unprepared but sent more crew the next time and then dropped my couch from 3 stories to the ground. If that wasn’t bad enough I was charged twice by your office staff and it took days to get my money back which cause me great inconvenience and possible overdraft charges on my bank account. To your credit your financial staff did all they could to try to rectify the error but my experience was not good overall.

We had the hardest working group of guys who were genuinely interesting in helping us move. We will be referring anyone to Two men and a truck again.

Our moving team worked quickly and hard to finish the job, but took time to prevent damage to the home floors/walls. They followed direction with what was needed to be moved and where things need to be placed at final destination. Care of protecting items transported even a few blocks was appreciated as nothing was damaged in transition. We appreciate the help with our move!

Very thorough and professional took care with my products.

When we were called to confirm the move, we were called on our home phone. I assumed the morning of the move, we would also be called on our home phone to let us know when the movers were coming. Instead I received a text message which I did not immediately get because I did not have my cell phone near me. Luckily I saw it after about a 1/2 hour and was only about 10 minutes late meeting the movers at the house. You need to communicate clearly with clients how you will be contacting them about the movers arrival time. We typically only use our cell phone when we are not at home so don't keep it nearby at home. We ended up paying for an additional 10 minutes because we weren't aware we would receive a text on arrival time.

The moving team could not have been more professional, courteous and prompt.

My moving experience was excellent from beginning to end with 2MAAT!! Everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My moving team (Detony, Jeremy and Detrion were exceptional! Prompt, efficient, conscientious and again, professional! I will definitely be using 2MAAT again in the near future and will also definitely request the same moving team. Thank you!
