The word excellent does not describe my move. It was so much better then that

This will be the last time I use your service. I also will not recommend you anytime further as I work in HR and recommend you to all new recruits and agency personnel. The quality of your service has dropped dramatically.

My movers were great! Your co needs to stay very price competitive with other companies & know the length of time that it should actually take to move someone, based on the amount they have. Sticker shock when I paid my driver. One of my neighbors was shocked what I paid, said hers was Cheap, cheap movers- father & son -was $60-plus an hour. The guys I usually use, just 2 guys, word of mouth is how they get business, they were out of town= &130 an hour is they get a truck, $100 hourly if I do. Would’ve taken them less then 3 hours to move me. *** In short, Your company doesn’t need to be beat up in pricing by the smaller moving companies. Your employees are great, everyone needs their jobs.

They broke a leg off a chair and did not tell us.
They put the chair around the table just like the other ones. When I went to wipe the chairs off the leg fell off. No question on my part that it was an accident but they should have said something. Very disappointing experience

The team that moved me was excellent. They arrived on time, were very courteous and moved my items with care.

Great job. The guys were efficient and had “fun” at the same time. The supervisor kept the guys on pace and they beat the scheduled estimate. Good experience.

Tyler and Mark were outstanding! Arrived early, worked hard and were VERY helpful to us. I would use them again!

We had used Two Men and a Truck a week prior to this internal move for an external move and were very pleased. However, the guys from this move were not as efficient. The internal move nearly took as long as the external move. The supervisor didn't wear show covers as requested, left a blanket upstairs despite me telling him it was still there, and was yelling at someone on his phone during the move (although this was deducted from our bill as a break).

I had a horrible moving experience from MN to MO so was very nervous about my short move but my 2 Men and Truck movers were awesome. They knew what they were doing, they took excellent care of my furniture. They were personalble, polite made sure I was satisfied with the placement of my things. I was recommended to you by 2 friends who had recently moved and I was very pleased my choice. I would recommend you and use you again!! Thank you so much!!
