The movers yank the dryer from the wall and pulled the vent off the wall and off the dryer instead of unscrewing the vent and they lost a piece to the washer. They also did not hook the washer up correctly and when we turned it on it spayed water everywhere and when I called you office to complain about water leaking and the damage to the dryer, Jeremey basically told me that's my problem and 2 men and a truck really doesn't care
bout the damage or the problems I had and that your guys are not plumbers (what that has to do with not unscrewing a dryer vent) He also basicly said your men did nothing wrong and I was a lyer I still have to move in 2 months into our new home and if this is how you feel I will find someone else to move me.

Both men were very courteous and helpful and it was a pleasure to work with them. They worked quickly but carefully and the move actually took less time than we had expected.

The guys that came out where very nice and got the job done fast. They did a great job, very happy with the service.

The guys arrived on time, they worked in an efficient manner, they were careful with my furniture, they were pleasant, they did not waste time. It was a very pleasant experience, and I was quite pleased.

We had two experiences with two different crews in connection with a move of furniture and appliances from our home to our new home and our children's homes. Both groups presented themselves very well, were experienced with handling our items, and were very efficient. Their self confidence and desire to please made both moves work very well.

The moving crew did a fantastic job. The only downside to the move was the routing ticket sent to the driver from the office had the crew starting in the wrong location, so the start time was delayed. I would request the moving crew to do any work I have again. This is our second move using your company. The first time was about nine years ago, and you did a great job then. Your company has become even better than you were before as you have grown. Congratulations on a job well done. I will continue to recommend you services to anyone who asks who we have used.

Charles and Joe were exceptional in helping me move. I greatly appreciate the help as there was no way for me to do it myself. They worked fast and efficiently to give me the best bang for my buck. They were very friendly and took great care of my belongings. Would definitely use this company again!

The office staff was awesome and the movers were very nice. We did discover damage to 2 pieces of furniture, which is obviously upsetting.
