I have used you guys while moving before and had a great experience. This time was completely different. My bed was broken, I have yet to heard back on the status of where it is after you took it, and the movers were not efficient at all. I had to re-explain things at least 5x to the movers and eventually had to help them load/unload the truck because they were taking forever. I was charged well over what I feel I deserve and will not be using this company in the future.

The movers were efficient, courteous and helpful. But we did have yard damage and a dresser damaged. One week later, still waiting for yard repair and dresser repair promised in two weeks.

Broken items bad attitudes then offered a ridiculous amount for a very expensive piece of furniture they broke wow have plans on giving as much negative feedback on every site I can

I was really disappointed in how they handled our property. Broke items. They tracked mud in our old home and into our brand new build. Also wanted alcohol that was in our fridge and my husband gave it to them. They took real good care of it though. We don’t recommend and we will never use again.

Very friendly and quick. Just two sofas were dirty because set in water.

My overall experience was excellent. I had a great time with my moving team. They were so friendly and made sure to walk me through all their process before we started at each location. Even though i did have one piece damaged, they handled it professionally and thoughtfully. Which put me at ease. I would hire Two Men and a Truck again. Their services are amazing. Wrapped every piece of furniture, were quick and mindful of the time. I would request the same team if possible in the future.

Everything was great accept they broke a tv stand.

The move to my storage space was unacceptable. (a year and a half ago) When the movers from this move from the storage space to my new home brought things in, we discovered things were not wrapped properly. Several chairs, bar stools and a wood table are damaged or ruined.
If the movers from the storage space weren't so good, the scores above would have been significantly lower. I am completely dissatisfied with the first move!

Our movers were efficient and courteous. Took care with our furniture and our new home.

From the first phone conversation with the office staff to the last piece of furniture placed in our new home, we found our experience with Two Men and a Truck to be of the finest quality. The moving crew of three men in the morning and five in the afternoon was above all expectations. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and they certainly knew how to move furniture in a safe and careful manner, respecting not only the items they were moving but also their own safety and the safety of others. Many of the items were difficult to move as they were heavy antiques and had to be moved from the third floor. Great job, great moving crew, great company!
