One thing -- I was told I'd be phoned 30 min. before movers came. That was great - gave me ample time to meet them at the location. But, when I was called, the movers were already there. They said they'd wait for me, and wouldn't charge me for the time. I am grateful for that. I was only 10 minutes away. If I'd been 30 min. away, I guess they would have waited.
Movers - efficient! polite! nice!

The movers were very polite and professional. They asked questions to make sure everything was to our specifications. Would highly recommend.

The guys were great. Lots of stairs and heavy furniture to carry up and down. They never missed a beat and everything went like clock work.

The office staff was very helpful estimating the time required and clearly explaining the costs. The crew came on time and worked very fast. It was so nice seeing how hard my crew worked compared to another crew we ran into at the storage facility. In fact, they were able to keep my moving under the estimate provided. Thank you for making our move easy!

I’m really bad with names, but I had a great moving team. There were 3 guys. When they arrived, their schedule was confused and they thought they were packing for me, instead of moving. They figured everything out smoothly and was able to help me move in under 3 hours. They were very kind and considerate, even with my indecisiveness!

I was very pleased with the team that moved me on Saturday.
They had terrible heat and humidity to deal with but they kept working at a great pace. They were all very cordial.
I felt they took care in getting my furniture and possessions on and off the truck with care.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Lori in the office was great very courteous and professional. The two men Terrall and John were hard working very courteous and very professional Terrall moved me and Robin before would highly recommend him and differently would want him again when we move again. Differently would recommend two men and a truck when you have employees like these great people.

Couldn’t have asked for better service from Tony and Jeff! This is actually the second time Tony has helped me move, and he has been nothing short of incredible every time. I plan to use TMaaT for all my moving needs!
