our needs as chronically ill disabled people we not respected or honored. our lives were put at risk and then we were treated poorly for advocating for ourselves. grateful management was kind but I can’t believe any discount wasn’t offered after such disappointing and alarming service. not to mention they left the biggest item on accident and broke something.

The two men in the truck that moved us were courteous, respectful, professional and helpful. Totally different experience from the first time two men and a truck came to my residence. Whatever they are getting paid, they deserve raises!

I was contacted because they could move me up on the schedule if that worked for me and I appreciated that! The movers were friendly, following Covid precautions, and eager to make sure I was happy with the service. I will use this service again and suggest them to friends.

The crew was great and it went smoothly. They took the time to make sure all my items were carefully wrapped and secure.

The experience was great the office staff were easily reachable and helped me prepare for my move and the movers were even better. My movers arrived on time, were professional, helpful, and quick.

All aspects were professional, efficient, and flexible. I had a situation where the TM&AT appointment was contingent upon the freight delivery of a large, heavy item. The TM&AT team adjusted the schedule as more information became available. I was most appreciative of both the office as well as the 3 fine movers. There were difficult items to move and they handled it beautifully.

The guys who moved my house were great. They were friendly, took care with my things and worked quickly. The only negative was that several boxes labeled with a location ended up in the wrong rooms but that was not a major problem. Overall the experience was good and I am satisfied

We received outstanding service. The crew was very flexible and happily made adjustments for our move. The communication was outstanding, we knew what they were doing and when which made it much easier for us to plan. They did everything to make our move easy.
