We were really impressed with both the office as the moving team. They did a great job!

The only comment that we have is about protecting the carpet on our staircase. This was very slippery, so we diced to not have them put the protection on the staircase and sign the waiver.

Please provide your movers with better protection for stairs with carpet.

On my long drive from KY to MO, I spoke to 3 different office coordinators. Each were very polite, professional, and understanding of my arrival time dilemma. I felt heard and reassured. Great job guys! The 2 movers were professional and friendly. They moved my pieces quickly and carefully with no problem and took extra care to place them just as I requested. Team was great! Protected everything and got everything moved very efficiently. Asked good questions to make sure everything was done as i wanted it.
