The moving team did a great job despite them needing more time than expected. They worked efficiently. I did tell the office that I needed wardrobe boxes, but the moving team did not have them on their truck. A nice person from your office brought them out when the moving team alerted them. I was very pleased with Two Guys and a Truck.

everything went pretty good until i noticed a broken desk corner the next day

I need to speak to a customer representative right now! Not only did the movers not try to get the couch in my basement, but they took my couch! I went to send it to Goodwill, and they just left it on the truck. I asked if they were taking it and they said yes. So basically, they did it try to get a couch in my basement and they took it for themselves. I need to speak to a customer representative right now! Tony asked me how long Iandacirc;??ve been in the apartment, he said he couldnandacirc;??t get the couch in, then they took it. They didnandacirc;??t ask! They just took it!!!!

Chris and Elvis were our moving team. We hired them JUST to move our heavier pieces which we could NOT handle. They were strong, professional, skilled and prepared! We we VERY grateful for their services!!!!

The two young men that moved my things were so kind and understanding. They were courteous about the heavy lifting and wrapped up all my furniture and mattress carefully to ensure it arrived clean and safe. Even after some confusion with address they never seemed stressed or showed any negative emotion. I was floored with how quickly they performed their jobs and how friendly and comfortable they made me feel. Keep up the good work!

It was amazing service........Frank,kory,Joe,Patrick? .....amazing guys polite respectful fun ....Frank is Amazing! The leg on chest of drawers got broke off .... Frank immediately explained to us the policy and that it would be taken care of . They were a Hard working team!!!! Congrats to them!!!!
