Maddie, in the office and Trenton and T.J., as our moving team were fantastic! they were all professional, friendly, and knew how to wrap, load and move some family heirlooms from house to house for us. We have used the Springfield, MO, Two Men and a Truck franchise on multiple occasions over the past twenty years and they have always done an excellent job!

Due to my work schedule, requiring the need for my move to take place in the early afternoon, the time scheduled was difficult for the movers to adhere to. I knew this going in but was disappointed that I didn’t receive updates from the company in a more timely manner after the arrival time expected had long passed. I had to initiate the call requesting an update after waiting an hour, then, with rain coming in and it getting dark, ended up moving the date to the following day after over two hours had passed from the originally scheduled time for the move. I do understand and appreciate these circumstances as I am also in a line of business where appointments can easily become derailed as the day progresses. The movers, Christian and Jordan were hard working, professional and courteous. The company had offered to add an additional person at no charge to continue with the move that night and, at my request, willingly changed the appointment date to the following day. I would still recommend Two Men and a Truck but suggest that the person hiring them schedule for first move of the day, if possible. All together a good experience, giving large amounts of credit to the gentleman who actually did the move. Thank you!
