The team was on time, exhibited clear and effective communication, and took time to carefully wrap our belongings, as it was raining during the move. With this move happening during the Covid pandemic, I was worried masks wouldn't be worn or precautions taken, but that was not the case. The team wore masks and were socially distanced, which helped protect my family with existing health conditions.

Jordan, Reggie, BJ, Logan, and the other gentleman I can’t remember his name were excellent! They were respectful and professional and did a wonderful job! I haven’t finished unpacking but so far everything is in great condition.

My guys were great. Friendly, polite and hard workers, well except Cody. I felt like they cared about our furniture and made sure it was not damaged, except Cody. ...lol just kidding, Cody was great too. He did break my goose but what is a goose between friends. A 20 year old cement goose that was cracked to start with. He felt so bad, I had to laugh at him. I was glad. Didn’t have to move it.

The claim on my washer isn’t complete. The washer drawer was broken when the mover dropped the washer on it’s face down on the ground. But we also suspect there is damage to the alignment of the washer basin. We have it in storage now, so we cannot operate the washer at this time. Please call to advise.

The three movers were absolutely fantastic! They were polite and efficient and finished our move three hours earlier than quoted!
