The local office and the guys where wonderful. The original contact was through a toll free number and she wasn't knowledgable. However, we went to local office next day and completed our information.

Umderscheduled size of truck and job. We had to move 2 trailer loads and countless car loads ourselves despite being packed and prepared for the move. Their truck wasn’t big enough. During the follow up call, I told the office coordinator that we had a ton of stuff left to move ourselves, she just said asked if they moved what was on the contract. I told her I expected them to move my entire house and that didn’t happen. She said thank you and hung up, no apology or solution. The movers were amazing! Scheduling the job needs to be fixed. This happened to us when we used you before for a move in Colorado. Ask better questions during scheduling, send a bigger truck, or come out and look at the house being moved. You’re local after all.

I was trilled to learn that Two Men & A Truck offered the in house move that I needed. Hired the men and not the truck to switch a bedroom and office. Upstairs/Downstairs. We used this moving facility to move us into our home 6 years ago and were well pleased.
