My leather sofa and door frame are ruined. Your movers had to literally force this sofa into this room. If it didn’t fit they should have come and said something. I was right upstairs. The fact that they took a tip and said nothing is unacceptable. I left a vm on Sunday morning, it’s Tuesday and I still haven’t received a call from your claims department. I called yesterday and I was told to wait for a call. I will not be using your services again and will definitely not recommend your company to friends and family.

They tore trim off my door and they were very slow doing there job and transporting and didn't listen to suggestions I gave them for delivary.

Overall they did good. Took longer than it should have which led to being charged more. Didn’t put the bed frame back together correctly which lead to it being broke once the mattress was placed on it.

I was pleased the company could accommodate the particulars of my move; however, the movers were a bit rough with my stuff. They scratched the floors at my old place and kept dropping boxes instead of setting them down. I also thought the service was overpriced. I didn’t have much choice, so I had to pay what was offered, and I needed help quickly, so was glad the company was available, but I’m not sure I’d use the company again, to be honest.

The packing team was very respectful and good and we have many highly fragile items. We were moved in June and reported the loss of a shelf for one cabinet and a broken clock. We have had several conversations with the office staff about these items but to date no resolution .

I cannot locate a few items such as shelves to inside of cabinets as well as the plugs for them, but have not got thru everything as this point, but my major concern is my car keys which were laying on kitchen cabinet by my purse, I have checked and dumped my purse a zillion times, cleaned car out and checked anything as well as drawers in kitchen and boxes and still have not located them. Their were other important keys on this ring as well. I have made contact with your office personnel as well, I have got to get them located. I will be in touch with you again if items above are not located.

This was the second of two moves. The first went well. The second was tough because we ended up with a lot of scratches on furniture and floors as well as a damaged end table. These items were noted on our bill that we paid. We did not receive a call in regard to any of this. Lots of contact on the front end and payment end. No contact when things didn't go well. Could have been some recovery with a call, but without receiving a call yet, makes it tough for recovery from 2 Men and a Truck standpoint with us.

Your people were courteous and we had no problem with them personally. Milton was especially helpful. We have found a few broken items and several damaged items and we are still unpacking. The wardrobe boxes were stuffed with all kinds of others items and our clothes were very wrinkled. One box had all of our shoes in the bottom. There were so many things left behind that we had to rent two trucks to haul the rest of our stuff. The day our stuff was delivered back to us the truck didn't arrive til almost noon. We were given a time of 8:30 -9-00 AM. You should have women doing the packing. Maybe they would treat peoples things with more respect. We haven't received a detailed invoice showing all of the charges that were made on our credit card.
