The guys were great! The only trouble was I explained to the office staff what I had, but they only sent one truck and estimated 8 hours, but it actually took 12 hours with two truck loads back and forth, so the estimate was off by quite a bit!

The 2 movers we had was EXCEPTIONAL. Our movers want bnboutbof there way to take care of our needs. We laughed, joked and was even sang to. I would hire and reccomend you all to anyone. TOP SHELF IN MY BOOK.

2men and a truck gave me excellent service. They called to let me know they were on their way and ETA. They were both very polite and respectful to my property and me. I do think if there had been 3 men doing the move it would have saved me a lot of $$ as it wouldn't have taken as long, which I know is how you make your money. But when an elderly person is on a fixed income and is having to move at their age it is very stressful for them. I think a discount should apply for them.

We were told that we would be given 15-20 notice before they came to meet us. However we got a call from them at 12:39, and they charged us from 12:45-2:45, and my husband wasnt able to meet them until 1. Our scheduled time was 1 pm-3 pm. We had them move an entertainment center from Habitat for humanity's Restore in Springfield to our home in Ozark. We have two small children and try to keep shoes off of the carpet, but they walked through our living room, shoes and all. I would recommend having your movers wear shoe coverings inside homes if possible. As they left, they backed into the neighbors yard and left large track marks through their yard. I would recommend them only because our furniture was well taken care of.
