The 3 gentlemen arrived on time. They were very respectful and all 3 introduced themselves with a hand shake. Uniformed shirts, name badge, and nice shorts for summer would be an asset to the company. Personally, uniforms appear a lot more professional for a company with a big name attached. Now days, identity is huge.

Ken and all of the movers were great. Unfortunately the truck that was provided on moving day was not big enough for all of our belongings. Trying to piece together the truck to make everything fit took the movers alot longer than it should of, which we had three kids at home that day and we weren't planning on a 12 hour day of moving and then a three hour drive to Kansas City. Giving customers a better idea of how long they should anticipate the day to be would have been helpful and paying closer attention to our items during the walk thru. The office did make up for the mishap but unfortunately cost their guys gratuity after working longer hours than they would have had to. Ken was wonderful but a little upfront planning from the office could have made this experience much better.

Our movers were able to move some very difficult and /or fragile items into our new home. They maintained a professional attitude even in challenging situations. Their efficiency and expertise made our move a far less stressful event.
