This move was for a family member. I recommended your company since I had good experience before. Family's comments were that the two young guys went above and beyond what was expected, and took extremely good care of all the furniture during the move. Cant recommend improvement in any area - as there is nothing lacking.....keep up the good work.

When I first called to get a quote, the lady that I talked to was energetic, sweet, and we both made each other laugh. Wonderful experience talking with her! The gentleman that came to help us move were absolutely wonderful! Thank you all again for everything!

From our first phone call to the local office we were very impressed with the friendly professional service. Kendall & then Katheren listened to our needs, took time to hear special requests & when a rescheduling was necessary through no fault of our own, went above & beyond to adjust our reservation to help ease costs! How caring!! Melinda the manager kept in close touch & really was a blessing. Milton & both teams were in continuous motion, polite & desiring to meet our needs. What a blessing!!!

Good process. I got a call 20 mintures prior to arrival. A call a day prior confiming the appointment would have been helpfull. That's my only feedback. The moving crew was outstanding. The office help and commucation was very good. The visit from the estimator was informative and helpful. Came in on budget. Could not be move happy with the Hollister, MO based team.

This was the best decision we could have made for our move. The guys were simply amazing! The booking process was super easy and Tara (from the office) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She set up everything with our unique request. The guys were so fast and efficient. They kept me updated just enough about time and charges throughout the move without being a burden. I could not possibly ask for better!! My family made so many comments about how polite and professional yet laid back and down to earth the guys were. Thanks to all of them, our move was 100% drama free!!!!!

I used this company on my move from Illinois, they were fast and efficient. This time I was disappointed in the service, they dumped over a tote, were unmotivated and I was not told about the new policy to wrap all mattress and box springs in bags, which cost extra. I was charged for 3 hours for two guys, 3 worked, but one was training. They started at 8:15 a.m and were done at 10:15 and charged me for 3 hours. I don't think it takes them and hour and fifteen minutes to get gassed up and to my place and started work. It isn't that far away. I wish it was the first guys I had.

The guys had a tough job moving out of old house it was all up hill. They worked as fast as they could while taking great care of my furniture. I would recommend two men and a truck to anyone that needs to move local or cross country.
