I cannot locate a few items such as shelves to inside of cabinets as well as the plugs for them, but have not got thru everything as this point, but my major concern is my car keys which were laying on kitchen cabinet by my purse, I have checked and dumped my purse a zillion times, cleaned car out and checked anything as well as drawers in kitchen and boxes and still have not located them. Their were other important keys on this ring as well. I have made contact with your office personnel as well, I have got to get them located. I will be in touch with you again if items above are not located.

This was the second of two moves. The first went well. The second was tough because we ended up with a lot of scratches on furniture and floors as well as a damaged end table. These items were noted on our bill that we paid. We did not receive a call in regard to any of this. Lots of contact on the front end and payment end. No contact when things didn't go well. Could have been some recovery with a call, but without receiving a call yet, makes it tough for recovery from 2 Men and a Truck standpoint with us.

Your people were courteous and we had no problem with them personally. Milton was especially helpful. We have found a few broken items and several damaged items and we are still unpacking. The wardrobe boxes were stuffed with all kinds of others items and our clothes were very wrinkled. One box had all of our shoes in the bottom. There were so many things left behind that we had to rent two trucks to haul the rest of our stuff. The day our stuff was delivered back to us the truck didn't arrive til almost noon. We were given a time of 8:30 -9-00 AM. You should have women doing the packing. Maybe they would treat peoples things with more respect. We haven't received a detailed invoice showing all of the charges that were made on our credit card.

The movers left behind one of our TV’s, bike, electronic keyboard, pictures, etc. they also broke a storage tub that held patents, and left those behind as well. We moved out of state!! The men were nice and we gave all 3 of them a tip, but we were really disappointed in how our belongings were taken care of. Even when made aware of these things we were not given an apology.

The original pick up men were very non-caring about the loading. Many items were damaged or broke including a desk, lawyers cabinet, shelving unit( to be thrown away), back of book cabinet, vases broke,etc.( I have pictures) I believe they really didn't pack things well and the following day the young men delivering the furniture made that same comment to me! I believe their carelessness directly led to needing additional truck which doubled the original costs. This move has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

My king sleigh bed has a very large hole in it that is not fixable from the movers. I am very upset because I love this bed and it was expensive and will have to buy a new one. The move seemed to take a very long time compared to previous moves and the movers were not very friendly. My stuff was set in the truck in a very unorganized fashion and it made concerned about my belongings during the drive to my new house. Normally the movers come and move quickly and are very friendly but these guys took their time and said very little to me. I don’t ever want to have this experience again.

I was dissatisfied with the service of tearing down the three beds because the movers did not pay attention to the way the beds should be reassembled. As I was making two of the beds both crashed to the floor and were not salvageable. While the master bedroom is not put back together in the correct fashion. When you sit on the bed it makes noises as it will eventually fall down as well.

Everything went really well in the use of 2 men and a truck.
There was one problem reflected on the care of my property, the driveway into my daughters home os sharp and narrow, the big truck (I didn't request) ran over both flowerbeds on both sides of the entry into her property.
When a customer requests a small vehicle 2 Men and a truck should do as asked... I'm sure there are enough trucks to accommodate.
Everything else went very well, Thank you.

Moved quickly and very kind. However our refrigerator got some scratches and a large dent in the back.

Moving team acted professional and courteous but didn't do a very good job. Several pieces of furniture were damaged. Forgot to pack nuts & bolts for furniture. I found them in an unmarked bag and didn't know what they were for but decided I would throw them in a misc. Box as I was leaving. Team leader gave me a number to call when I found them. 3 days later I did find them, called the number and didn't even get a ring tone. No answer ! Nothing ! Broke pieces off my ding room table, scratched it, broke a door on the buffet, put dent in headboard of bed ....... etc ! Very frustrating ! All 3 were very courteous
