I love this company ... I have used them a lot and things I didn’t think would go UP STAIRS... well, they got it there with no problem ... The guys are ALWAYS polite and fun .. I couldn’t do without them ♥️♥️

Was overall very satisfied and happy with the service and workers. However, after the move, my realtor notified me that several items were left at my home in Missouri. There was a lamp, flower pots, my good printer, rugs and numerous boxes and bags that did not get loaded. I realize that chemicals could not be moved, but these items were movable. Also, in one shed, I specifically noted about a saw and hoses that did not get moved. I will now have to make another trip to move additional items. This was something I had not planned on, given the price I paid for the move.

The boys were efficient, but lacked follow instructions. Assumed to many things without asking first. Got in to much of a hurry and set boxes down on things to hard.. I've found quite a few things broken.
When Andy called and we set a time for the boys to be here the second time, I had to work that morning, they called the first time at 9:15 saying they'd be here in 10 min. Called 4 times with the same message. Called the office and spoke to Talia and told her it was set for 1pm. I still needed to make sure that all the stuff that should have been left there went. 5 min after the call they were knocking on the door. No one seemed to be able to listen and follow instructions. In they're hurry because they evidently had other things they'd rather be doing some stuff got missed and a puzzle got damaged.. So I will definitely be thinking of using someone else. If I should need to move anything.

I’m very happy with my experience! Moving is so stressful but you guys made it easy. First I had to change the date which the office staff helped me with. And then the movers did such a great job. They were also very friendly!

We used you in Sept, 2019. We are just now getting our things out of storage. If you would like pics of my China cabinet I could text them to you. An antique with beveled glass. Now a broken mess. It was all original in perfect condition. I have NEVER seen such POOR packing. Pictures with class just piled in containers without any protection. Came without enough supplies to pack so I had to keep buying more shrink wrap, tape and boxes. I had many antiques and I never saw so much weight packed on top of them. I had packed boxes and marked fragile depression glass. Packed wherever they wanted to. We have moved several times and we moved ourselves each time moving long distance. NEVER broke or scratched ANYTHING. This was the WORST experience I have ever had.

I have used 2M&T twice before and had excellent experiences. This time was a mix of good and bad. The movers were fun and did a lot of good things. But they did break my office desk (could not be salvaged), minor scuff on my couch, noticeable dent in a shelf, and lots of boxes were partially crushed this time. On the up side, the move team was fast and friendly, and did well protecting all the rest of my stuff. The only big issue I had was that after reporting the loss of my desk, and calling back to ask again about it, nobody ever reached out to me to discuss it. I have the cost of replacing the desk, and not so much as a weak apology. So much for being a repeat customer.

The 2 men who first came out to move the big items were spectacular and did an awesome job , were very friendly . Their names were James and Channing . The second set of 2 men who came to pack some of our belongings were unfriendly and uncaring as to how they packed our breakable items and this resulted in a 1 of a kind artisan oil lamp being broken . When we were told by the trainee Jack I was unhappy with Demitrius' and Cotys' utter lack of concern . I felt as though they were there to do the job as quickly as possible and collect the money . They were totally unimpressive and borderline rude . Many items were missed in the kitchen and poorly packed when they were packed . I will not be recommending your business as 2/3 of the total job was not a pleasant experience . I am not happy !

Jeb and his team were very friendly, and nice to work with. Largely our items were taken good care of, with only a couple dents/dings that we’ve noticed on our daughters bed frame. We appreciate both your office staff and move team making this transition much easier on us!
