Due to my work schedule, requiring the need for my move to take place in the early afternoon, the time scheduled was difficult for the movers to adhere to. I knew this going in but was disappointed that I didn’t receive updates from the company in a more timely manner after the arrival time expected had long passed. I had to initiate the call requesting an update after waiting an hour, then, with rain coming in and it getting dark, ended up moving the date to the following day after over two hours had passed from the originally scheduled time for the move. I do understand and appreciate these circumstances as I am also in a line of business where appointments can easily become derailed as the day progresses. The movers, Christian and Jordan were hard working, professional and courteous. The company had offered to add an additional person at no charge to continue with the move that night and, at my request, willingly changed the appointment date to the following day. I would still recommend Two Men and a Truck but suggest that the person hiring them schedule for first move of the day, if possible. All together a good experience, giving large amounts of credit to the gentleman who actually did the move. Thank you!

We strive to be the best we can be for our customers and we do consider a 4 star a failure on our part as it hurts our ratings significantly but more importantly we feel like we let you down. I highly reccomend mover Levi L. and Danny. They are professional, polite, efficient, and they handle everything with care. 10 out of 10 would definitely hire them again for any and all moving needs.
