Overall it was a great experience. Next $$$ we spent for this move. We are however missing a lampshade.

Without a walk-through prior to packing the packing team was dismayed and not very careful when packing. Items were damaged, broken, and poorly labeled. During the move a family heirloom lamp was broken beyond repair as was a piece of crystal from our wedding. Both irreplaceable. The support leg on the center bottom of our heirloom buffet was ripped out of the wood base because of the strap.

I needed a big, expensive TV moved and that was it. The guys were quick while being careful, and the TV was still in perfect condition after the move. Thanks so much guys!!

Movers did a great job but needed to have a pair of pliers.
Instead, they left the washer water hoses and the washer drain hose.
I had to purchase these items at the delivery destination $55-60.

I am a huge fan of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK based on my two experiences with moves. Both times, the office staff was extremely kind as I figured out the details of my move. And the three men who conducted the move were fantastic. They faced a few challenges, which they met with determination and good humor, and they did an outstanding job of protecting my furniture. I wouldn't call anyone else.
