Your workers are very professional, courteous, prompt and work very hard. They take care with every item, like it’s their own. Take the time to carefully wrap each item to ensue a smooth transition to the next home.

Great team! They completed the job faster than the estimate. When I was moving a painting to my car I damaged the painting accidentally trying to get it in. It turned out it wouldn’t fit anyway so I had them put it in the truck with them and when I got the painting back it appears that they had fixed the damage to the frame! Genuinely nice guys!

The moving team outperformed the office team because the office team originally thought the items to be moved were consumer grade rather than being commercial equipment; thus requiring a rescheduling.

When I called and talked with my scheduler Kimberly, I specifically asked for a pallet dolly to move my gun safe due to its size. The movers showed up and were unaware they needed one to move it, due to its size (Fat Boy Gun Safe). Team Leader called Andy who advised them to try and move it with an appliance dolly... I had to schedule another and spend another $540 to move my safe. Unacceptable!!

Kaylen & AJ both helped myself and my partner move from our apartment to our new home on Saturday - they were on time, friendly, and made quick work of our packing. Kaylen navigated driving that huge truck through our small apartment complex area, and arrived quickly at our new home. They unpacked everything quickly, with no issues, and were kind and funny throughout the day. They were amazing!

The 3 men did a great job and were very polite. My "issue" is w the estimate to get me moved, end result was almost double the quote. If I would have known this I would have shopped around. The estimator needs some experience in the field! They also required an upfront deposit which they seem to think is free money. I would not use again.

Teresa, we apologize for this! We will definitely look into your move and see what happened to make the large difference from estimate to invoice. We have one of the highest estimate accuracy ratings in the moving industry so this is definitely outside the norm for our team. The $100 deposit goes towards the total bill at the end. This is by no means 'free money' and is 100% refundable if you choose to cancel within 72 hours. Once again, we apologize for your experience Teresa!
