Two of the movers were good. They asked what was being moved and where to put it in the next house. One mover kept talking to me though and at one point told me how beautiful I looked (I didn’t, I’d been moving since 7am and was dressed in my husbands clothes), which really changed how I felt about the movers. I never used movers before so it was an unusual experience but that guy made it completely uncomfortable. I just don’t think that’s how men and women should interact in this situation. I’d still recommend based on the other two guys, but that guy made me feel weird and it made it hard to be around them and tell them where to put things. I just wanted to get it over with so they would leave.

The moving crew showed up on time at our home in Kansas City and had us loaded in about four hours. The crew delivered our furniture at our Columbus house at the scheduled time. The crew was friendly and took great care in being mindful of our newly finished wood floors. Hopefully we don't have to move again in the near future but we would certainly use Two Men and a Truck again and will recommend you to our friends.

Our moving team was great! They moved quickly and were flexible with what we needed moved. They even moved stuff at our new house to the basement! 1 thing of feedback that I would offer... Stay off their phones. It wasn’t a huge thing just something I noticed that could cause an issue with someone else. They got our move done in less than 4 hours and we were extremely pleased. Thanks!!

I have no complaint against the two brothers, Troy & Trey, that were on the team. They were respectful, diligent and hard-working. My problem was with Forrest. They loaded my boxes one at a time onto the truck. Why not use the dolly?! My impression of Forrest is that he was slow or simply just watching the other two work. He was very cavalier about some of my things, especially late in the day, ripping the shrinkwrap off my artwork and wood furniture very roughly. He kept telling me how this job was making them late for another job, and I just wanted to tell him to start helping. Then he tells me how he is going to have to increase the cost due to it taking longer. I tipped all three of them, but Troy and Trey are the only ones that deserve it. I would hire those two.

They did not follow instructions told them not to put my brand new vinyl sofa on the elevator and they did it’s ripped in five places on the side. Also my wall paint was skinned up on the staircase. One of my fabric dining room chairs was dirty on the top corner. Jammed the drawer on my antique buffet server. Did not buy the insurance now they don’t want to pay for my sofa. I was willing to let the rest of the damages go, but my brand new sofa. Make sure you purchase insurance, 2 Men and a Truck will give you a hard time if they damage your belongings. THEY DONT WANT TO PAY.....

Two Men and a Truck were amazing. The movers were courteous and professional. I was impressed with how hard they worked and they had such a great attitude as well. I’d recommend this company to anyone moving.

The team that moved us was awesome... on time, very clear about details, worked hard and efficiently while still taking care of our belongings. We were so grateful for their help as well as the patience and diligence of the office team.

Next time we move it will be with Two Men and a Truck. Thank you!!!
