The team sent to me were very poor in their efforts. On their phones and goofing off. Had to notify supervisor 3 hours into the move and he immediately rectified the situation and brought in a 2nd truck and 2nd team and got the job done. I am a repeat customer (6-7 times) and never had a problem with Two Men & A Truck. Always polite and professional until this move. I will say they addressed the problem and fixed it IMMEDIATELY! Great customer service and in the end, they fixed the problem and kept me as a loyal customer. I would recommend Two Men and A Truck.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Any & Clay in the office were very helpful & easy to work with. We were promptly provided a bid & the final charge was actually less. Our moving team, John, Josh, & Tay were professional, personable & experienced. I’d ask for them again. Well done team. We highly recommend you and will certainly use you again for any future moving needs.

My TV fell off the fall while they were moving. I was not in the building as I had to go to the new place to sign some papers. They claimed it just “fell down on its own.” The tv had been mounted for a year and there’s no way it just fell down, but since I wasn’t in the room, they are going with their word. Movers were apologetic, office staff was terrible and rude. They said there’s nothing they can do because they didn’t touch it when it fell and they aren’t responsible. They claimed before they “weren’t supposed to move TVs but would try anyways.” The mover said it’s the first time in 7 years he’s seen a tv just fall of the wall. Something isn’t adding up there. Would love someone to call me.

It was pouring rain and I took that into consideration for the guys that moved us. However my property was damaged and neither said anything about it. One was trying to charge me 2 hours over when I got my phone out to show him what time he called and what time it is now there was a 2 hour difference so the other guy took over and corrected the time and the amount I was to pay. The damage done to my yard could have been avoided if the driver would have listened to the advice of my husband in the first place and approached from the opposite direction the truck wouldn't have scraped my drive way so badly and the truck wouldn't have went off the double drive into the yard where the driver just sat there spinning two tires deeply into our yard until my husband screamed at him to stop!

This was the first time I hired a moving company, and what a great experience! The office staff clearly explained everything and answered all my questions. The movers arrived on time. They were professionals, very careful with our furnishings, polite, courteous, and worked very fast. When I need moving services in the future I will call two men and a truck. Thank you for taking the stress out of the move!

Really appreciated they came on time. Very friendly and careful. Also, furniture was large and hallway was a tight turn. As requested, they hand carried down the stairs. Great service!

The movers were prompt and treated my furniture with the utmost care. They were very capable and courteous. I would recommend the company to anyone. They did an overall excellent job.

The service was very good. But the price was extremely High for just moving into 1 bedroom apartment. I will not go back due to the price was way to high. I think charging around 500 to 550 would have been more than enough. Considering what I had. I'm sorry, I would not recommend 2 men in a truck. Too pricey.

Never using again. Movers were slow and stood around waiting for his teammates instead of initiating by himself. Bumped my items into walls.
