Tae and Shelby were AMAZING! They were incredibly accommodating, personable and friendly! They were quick to adapt when unexpected items were added to their list and I was thoroughly impressed with the care and efficiency they demonstrated when packing the truck. I am fully unpacked and NOTHING was broke in the move! I cannot say enough how happy I am. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :)

One issue that I was totally unsatisfactory with was how they put things into my storage and I specifically told them how I wanted it done
I reached out to the so called general manager Brice on 02/26/24 a day after I used them he didn’t seem to be too concerned said he was gonna call me back. Have not yet. I’m pissed

The team was on time, very professional and handled everything with great care. Andrew Russell the team lead was very friendly and explained everything clearly and worked with hills team members very professionally. Their service was greatly appreciated. Great job guys!

The team that was sent out to move our furniture was incredible. The move has been incredibly stressful for me, and I was honestly ready to break down and cry today. They came in armed with big bright smiles and lots of jokes and completely turned my day around. They moved everything super fast, and with lots of care. The hardest part of the move is now behind me thanks to them.

The moving team was very nice and helpful to making the move. We missed placed two big pieces of furniture that I had to get help into fix. They didn’t help me to know which pieces came from which room so could put it correctly. The furniture was wrapped and I couldn’t tell which one was what. I appreciated the care in trying to take care of us. They moved and got everything done very quickly
