My one complaint was that the item I signed a waiver on was damaged in transit. It was a shelf piece that was not that difficult to handle but it should have been a two person job. Instead, the decorative wood broke and one of the drawers was nicked because it fell out.

The movers were friendly and professional. However, they ended up slightly damaging a piece of furniture. They owned it and were very sorry. I could tell that they took this very personally as they take a lot of pride in their work. They reported it to the damage department. The move happened on a Sunday. They told me that I would get a call the next day from the claims department. It is Thursday evening, and I have received no such call. The drivers documented, took pictures, and reported the accident on the phone. They did their part. I am still waiting for the call.

On move day, the movers had a great attitude and were very friendly. They did a good job wrapping furniture to avoid scuffs, and they did a very tough job of bringing our large elliptical down narrow basement stairs. However, there were 3 pieces of furniture damaged/ruined in the unloading process. One young mover went too quickly around a corner and nearly snapped our toddler's bed in half. And after bringing up 2 pieces of office furniture up the stairs, they were broken into pieces. We will have had to go 2 weeks without office furniture.
