Easy service for someone who doesn’t have time to do it their selves

2 Men and a Truck in Kansas City had moved my mom's house a year ago, and they did a great job. Hired them to move her house again. The crew was communicative, on time, careful with everything, and worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the move (again!) and will use them again in the future.

The 3 movers were very helpful as they had knowledge about the tear down and set up of our adjustable bed. They were careful with freshly painted walls. They made certain that everything was just right before they even talked about billing.

This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck. Both have been great experiences beginning to end. The movers were professional and handled everything beautifully. Worth every penny. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

Holly and Bolsa I believe are the names of the two guys that help me. It was for the move for Clinton Roberts on Sunday feb 3rd. I want to make sure their names are on my file for I’m moving again in June and want these same guys. They were awesome! I miss judged the time it was going to take and they were so professional

Guys arrived on time. Worked quietly and efficiently. Did not waste time. Worked well as a team. Carried heavy items down outside staircase using safety belts. Guys were hard workers and displayed positive attitudes. We were very satisfied.

My overall experience was good - However a Crate & Barrel Vase and my 52 Sony Bravia TV was damaged beyond repair. The TV was in perfect working condition and now, no longer works properly. Two Men and A Truck paid me $390 for the damaged items but I was disappointed about the TV. To replace it with a similar model is going to cost me $1,400 and the $320 that was paid does not seem adequate.

Our overall experience was great! Our movers were friendly and prompt on delivery. They were respectful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The customer service team was also very friendly and found a schedule that worked for our moving needs. Thanks so much!!!

Packers did not pack all items and movers moved about 1/2 of what they were supposed to move.

It was also stated you would be taking care of your clothing. This did not happen. While this is common in our industry, the scale of this was immense.<br/>When our 6 crew members (all of who have a 4.6/5 or higher satisfaction rating [4 who are perfect 5/5] and all who have 100% referral rates) arrived to the pack, you were informed that this would not all fit into the 3 trucks. <br/>Our crew informed you that we could move the main furniture and what they could fit, and we also offered to do a second move the following day. The offer for the second move was declined and our crew was informed that your sons would bring their pickup trucks to move the rest of the boxes and items.<br/>We did all that we were told to do, even after extending an offer to go above & beyond for you. <br/>We handled issues you had within the week, even when being insulted, and cursed at when we reached out and were belligerent. We have attempted to help in everyway possible to find resolution, even with the mistreatment of our staff. and we are disappointed we could not satisfy you or your husband. Thank you for using us. Have a great 2019, and enjoy your new place Renee.</div>
