The guys were young and not thouroughly experienced but good enough. Misplaced the screws to a mirror that needs attached to an antique dresser and crown to the top of the armoie. Couldnt get our washer in bc couldnt get the caps off the pipe. They were afraid it could be stripped so disappointed we couldnt do laundry for a week until our new landlord could come out and hook us up. Overall nice boys who were careful with our belongings. We would use you again!

After an initial email and phone call, the rep at the office forgot to follow up with me. Several days later, I followed up with her. She was helpful and apologetic and got me scheduled. She explained the process well.

The movers were friendly and professional. However, they ended up slightly damaging a piece of furniture. They owned it and were very sorry. I could tell that they took this very personally as they take a lot of pride in their work. They reported it to the damage department. The move happened on a Sunday. They told me that I would get a call the next day from the claims department. It is Thursday evening, and I have received no such call. The drivers documented, took pictures, and reported the accident on the phone. They did their part. I am still waiting for the call.

Scheduling the service and prepaying was very simple and fast. The crew showed up on-time, were very professional, and did some excellent work. There were some minor dings on walls and furniture, but that was honestly expected based on some difficult corner challenges coming up/down stairs. As the day progressed, the crew got visibly tired and somewhat lethargic (lack of energy). One crew member (who seemed relatively new to the job) accidentally dropped a toolbox that had hundreds of nuts, bolts, nails, screws, etc. Seemingly in a rush to get the job completed, as often happens as you get tired. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the crew, but could not rate their work as excellent.

Damaged property, didn't put furniture in the right spot but left in the middle of the room, didn't put beds together, bringing in dirty 2-wheeler after dragging thru the muddy yard, the crew moved very slow! Extremely disappointed in the service!

The office staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly each time I spoke with them. All of the information that was provided was helpful in preparing for move day and also gave us a clear expectation of cost.

On move day, the movers had a great attitude and were very friendly. They did a good job wrapping furniture to avoid scuffs, and they did a very tough job of bringing our large elliptical down narrow basement stairs. However, there were 3 pieces of furniture damaged/ruined in the unloading process. One young mover went too quickly around a corner and nearly snapped our toddler's bed in half. And after bringing up 2 pieces of office furniture up the stairs, they were broken into pieces. We will have had to go 2 weeks without office furniture.

I have yet to be contacted by office regarding damage that occured on 5/9 (sale order 5264). The movers themselves were great at explaining the process, but the call has yet to come in from the office team to follow up.

Gabe, Edward and Thomas were exceptional! They even were wearing cute TM&AT Socks ;) They were personable, hardworking and thoughtful. I would definitely use them again. I actually had two trucks and two teams--the other team was less experienced and damaged some of my property. Clay Robbins was very responsive and came up with a great solution to fix the damages. Great experience overall with TM&AT.

I have used Two Men for 2 previous moves with great results. For this move, several pieces of expensive furniture were damaged and newly refinished hard wood floors were scratched. In addition, there were damages to multiple pieces of stair rail trim. The movers did not take the time and care necessary to ensure that both the furniture and property were left in good condition. The move was not speedy and there was an hour of overage that was not expected. I was extremely disappointed in the move quality and would not use Two Men for any future moves.

The 2 moving men that arrived acted like they had never moved anyone before. They would not put on shoe covers due to policy but proceeded to track mud in the house. We had 2 beds 3 bedside tables and a dresser and maybe 6 boxes to be moved. They estimated it would take 2-3 hours but ended up taking 5 hours. They damaged the master bed but the furniture repair people that were sent did an excellent job on our bed and my daughter gash in her bed. After we started putting our tempurpedic bed together it had grease/mud stains from the truck on it so now our warranty is null and void!! Very disappointing and will never use Your services again. They wanted to double the price quoted but not out fault they were slow and inexperienced. I did pay the higher estimate but should not have!!

Marble table corner came off in plastic wrapping in front of the movers and myself. Movers said it happened in the truck and that damage would be covered. A phone call and text from manager confirmed it would be covered. The office reimbursed 59. Dollars only. Very disappointed.
