The crew looked professional and acted the same throughout the move. They had a deep desire to make sure our property was handle correctly and placed where we wanted it. Moving is often very difficult but this crew made the move seem easy. Each member was willing to listen to my wife and I and always responded in a friendly manner. We have already told everyone we have talked with how great the move was and to share this with others that might be moving. Thanks for doing a quality job and for helping to make us happy on our first days in a new living arrangement.

The packing job done by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK KC office was horrible. Luckily the moving crew, DAVID and Ali were awesome. They immediately took charge and finished the packing job. This put the move a day behind schedule. DAVID and Ali were so efficient and professional - I rate them EXCELLENT. I chose TWO MEN AND A TRUCK b/c they are full service and door to door, moving only your items in the truck. The pricing is competitive to the national carriers. I am giving the KC office the benefit of the doubt that the packing deficiencies aren’t the norm. The operations manager did apologize and gave me a discount for the sub par packing job. It helped ease the pain. However, since the movers just left yesterday I haven’t had a chance to unpack and assess any damage.

I explained what items we had to move, but I do not think the office staff allowed for enough time for the movers.

Two Men and a Truck did an excellent job with my move. The movers were cheerful and happy to answer questions. They were also quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

Guys moved my stuff fast but 2 pieces were damaged. My property was damaged and no one contacted me regarding it. Movers were late showing up- or per the office my quote statement and told time was"mistaken"

The entire experience with Two Men And A Truck from start to finish was very professional. Office staff got us set up, people called and were very clear about what to expect and the movers were great. Matt & Kyle were very careful with the furniture, and got my mom moved into her new place without any mishaps, coming in under our estimate. Even when there was a small problem with the truck, Matt handled it like a pro, taking care of it quickly and not charging us for the time spent fixing it. I would highly recommend Two Men to anyone who wants a hassle-free moving experience.

I was rather disappointed at the final cost and length of time the move took. When the same items were move from a house to storage a year ago, it took 6 hours, 2 men and I was only charged $650. However, this time around with the items going from storage to house, it took over 7 hours, 3 men and I was charged over $900. Most of the time 1 or 2 of the men just stood around instead of take stuff out of storage and placing it near the truck. Then multiple times items were placed on the truck then many taken back off to reload. A couple items were fine prior to entering the truck - I checked myself but from the truck to the house became dinged, scratched or broke. I even had to go back to the storage unit to retrieve there tool kit when it was used on an item that was necessary. Also
