The movers were wonderful. I was overcharged $75 and told I would be credited back. It’s been over two weeks and I still have not received the money. The movers were running behind and called me at 3pm telling me they were on their way. However, I was charged starting at 2:30pm. Didn’t love that.

<div>Thanks for the feedback Tuesday, according to our accounting department, the $75 was refunded on 12/7/2018, and it will depend on your bank when that is available back in your account. Each bank is different. As for our driver, while the nature of the industry does lead to some unplanned things and can lead to a little running behind, our billing is port-to-port, not a flat service charge, which means the time is predetermined from our shop to your location, based on GPS data, as explained when receiving the estimate. My moving crew was outstanding in their promptness, professionalism, courtesy and caring for me and my belongings. From cheerfully shoveling snow from driveways, to taking extra care with my mostly glass furniture, I could not have asked for more. These 3 young men are a valuable asset to Two Men and A Truck. Because of them i will always use 2M&AT and will recommend them highly. Thanks for a wonderful experience in a stressful time.

The office help was very personable and prompt. This might be my fault but I thought the movers were driving from Grand ( as in Street ) not Grandview. I didn’t think I would be paying one full hour , $130, for transportation. This was a disappointment.
The GPS also took the guys an indirect and strange way from the house to the apartment. They left before me and I waited and then directed them to the location. It really would have only saved 10 minutes or so.

Initially the online contact form sent my inquiry to Tulsa OK! But Tulsa was able to give me the KC metro phone number. Movers were on time, efficient, well-mannered, and professional. They were pleased that I had broken down the desk components and planned to do the reconnections myself. Only negative was one mover checked his phone frequently and had not eaten breakfast. It is a common problem with workers of this age but I still maintain that when workers are distracted problems may arise. Beyond that small concern the work was performed well and I was pleased with the service. I will recommend your services in the future.
